Are children welcome in the Villas ?

Children of any age can stay at the Villas as long as they are accompanied by an adult. An adult is considered to be those aged 21 years and above.

Is there a Parking available ?

In Il Tesori Dassia Villas  have sufficient open parking spaces , in the main entrance of the Villas premises.

At what time is check-in & check-out ?

Generally the Villas are available from 3pm for Check-in and the Check -out is 11:00 noon.

Can i bring a pet ?

Pets are welcome until 5 kg and under supervision. The pet is required to remain within the villa premises .

Can i pay for another guest's Villa ( a friend, Family member or co-worker etc.) with my credit card ?

Yes, you may pay for another guest’s Villa with your credit card. Simply complete the Il Tesori Villas  credit card authorization form, sign it and fax it to the hotel or E-mail it to . We require customers to submit this form for their own credit card protection.

What is a "Non Refundable " or "Free Cancellation " ?

Every Villa has a different policy set to it .

  • A non-refundable policy means that a fee will apply if you decide to cancel or make changes to your booking. This fee is mentioned in the room conditions and in your confirmation.
  • Free cancellation means you can change or cancel your booking free of fees or within a booking window, if done within time period set. This is written in the room conditions and in your confirmation (for example “Cancel up to x days” or “Cancel before dd/mm/yy hh:mm”).

What is the difference beetween the Villas ?

All three Villas of the property are similar and have no difference .

Iam entering my credit card details, when will i pay?

The payment process for your stay varies based on the rate plan you selected. You can check how you will be charged for your stay in your confirmation letter. Usually for the NRF booking may take up to 3 working days.

How do i know my reservation is confirmed ?

As soon as you have completed the booking process the confirmation page appears. We also email a copy of this confirmation to you. Your confirmation includes all of your reservation details, as well as a booking number.

Can i make a reservation without a credit card ?

A valid credit card is needed to guarantee your reservation.You can also make a booking using someone else’s card provided you have their permission. In this case please confirm the card holder’s name and that you have permission to use their card, in the ‘Special Requests’ box when making your booking.

What does the price include ?

All the facilities listed under theVillas types are included in the Villa price. To see the facilities, just click on the Villa name. Facilities mentioned with * are up on extra charge. The prices include accommodation , usage of the private pool and cleaning-linen change of the Villa.
